Grilled secrets

A successful barbecue has its secrets. If you want to be the master of the season, make sure to learn them! Many of us enjoy grilled meat straightaway after it's taken from the grate.

However, experts in grilling suggest that we should wait a couple of minutes (2-4) after a dish's taken from the grate to allow grilled meat and sausages gain full flavour and aroma.  The following additions are irreplaceable when it comes to barbecue: grilled bread covered with olive oil, herbs and garlic is an excellent recommendation for true gourmets.

Don't forget about salads – fresh vegetables, lettuce, and some cheese are unique delicacies which make a grilled dish taste even better. Flavoured butters are an excellent addition for meat, fish, vegetables and bread. To diversify grilled feast, serve fruit and vegetables which can also be put on the grate.
